Job Summary
Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan while reporting changes in resident health status to the clinical team. Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, and engage in continuous learning through educational seminars and staff meetings. Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Perform any other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Certification indicating successful completion of Certified Medication Technician (CMT) program in the State of Maryland
