Job Summary
Certified Medication Technician responsible for supervising self-administration of medication for residents, assisting with ADLs, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging independence; engages with residents at all care levels with empathy and respect; observes and reports changes in health and emotional well-being; serves in dining activities daily; initiates and participates in leisure activities; maintains a safe, clean environment; supports HIPAA compliance and effective communication with residents and families; ensures residents sign out when leaving the community; works as part of a team, assists in training and mentoring new employees, and remains available as essential personnel during emergencies and inclement weather; participates in trainings and complies with policies; wears appropriate dress; adheres to safety and infection-control standards; physical abilities to perform duties and lift up to 50 pounds; Florida resources referenced but job location is Macon, GA.
