Certified Medication Tech (with CNA I license)

Administer medications to residents and assist with activities of daily living while implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths and preferred routines. Provide support for physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs through collaboration with the clinical team to ensure timely resident care. Maintain current active CNA I and Certified Medication Technician certifications, including CPR certification, with at least one year of experience in each role. Schedule ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour with potential shift differentials for evening and night shifts.
