Job Summary
Administer medications to residents while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personalized care plans that focus on their strengths and preferred routines. Provide companionship and comfort while working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely. Deliver programs and activities to enhance resident engagement. Maintain current, active CNA I and Certified Medication Technician certifications, along with CPR certification, and possess at least one year of CNA experience. Work within Charlestown, an 110-acre continuing care retirement community in Catonsville, Maryland, offering a vibrant lifestyle and comprehensive wellness services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current, active CNA I certification for the state of Maryland
- Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience
- Current CPR certification
