Job Summary
Administer medications to residents and assist with activities of daily living while implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths and preferred routines. Support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by working with the clinical team to address resident requirements timely. Provide companionship and belonging during resident activities and programs. Maintain current active CNA I and Certified Medication Technician certifications, plus CPR certification, with at least one year of CNA experience. Earn $18.00 to $23.00 per hour with potential shift differentials for evening and night shifts at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current, active CNA I certification for the state of Maryland
- Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience
- Current CPR certification
