CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE

Certified Medication Aide providing direct care to residents, verifying identity, and administering medications following procedures. Documents drug administration and records; observes residents for medication effects and notes vital signs, reporting any unexpected reactions. Responds to resident needs via intercom, lights, or bells; takes temperatures, blood pressure, pulse, and other metrics as directed, and records intake/output. Works as part of the care team to support patient recovery and quality of life.
