Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide responsible for assisting with self-administration of medications under supervision, accurately documenting medications and observations in MAR/eMAR, observing residents for changes in condition, ensuring proper storage and security of medications, performing routine vital signs as required, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team in a New Rochelle, NY Assisted Living/Memory Care setting. This role supports a safe, clean, and respectful environment and may be full-time, part-time, or per diem; prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or NYS-approved medication assistance credential
- Completion of NYS-approved Assisted Living/Memory Care medication assistance training
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
