Certified Medication Aide

Report promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor and follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation. Track medication reorders, maintain inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms, and participate in all assigned meetings, trainings, education, and in-service sessions as required. Work under the direct supervision of the charge nurse to ensure timely and accurate medication passes while maintaining the highest degree of quality resident care. Current certification for Medication Aide is required, with previous patient care experience preferred. Effective communication in English through both speech and writing is essential.
