Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide responsible for administering routine medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and Primrose policy, and providing related care such as personal hygiene, dressing, and activities as assigned. Collaborates with the nursing department, residents, families, and other staff to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Requires current certification as a Medication Aide or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to participate in in-service training. Shifts available days or evenings with weekends only; opportunities for full-time employment. Location: Shawnee, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Medication Aide or Assistant or Qualified Medication Administration Person per state regulations
- Maintain CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living environment preferred
