Certified Medication Aide

Serve as a Certified Medication Aide in Weatherford, TX, administering prescribed medications (oral, topical, and rectal) per physician orders and policy; monitor for adverse reactions, document all administrations accurately, maintain a secure medication cart, protect resident privacy, follow infection-control procedures, and report medication errors to the Charge Nurse.
