Job Summary
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living for elderly residents in a residential health care setting. Work in the soon-to-be-opened Assisted Living Unit as a Certified Medication Aide with NJ certification (CHHA/CMA). Requires clear English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach. Shift is 3pm–11pm, full-time with every other weekend required. Located at Heath Village in Hackettstown, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Must be certified in NJ
- Must be a certified Medication Aide
- Experience preferred
- Able to communicate clearly in English using written and verbal methods
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong bedside manner
- Ability to work as a valuable part of a team
- Hours: 3pm - 11pm
