Certified Medication Aide - FT Day Shift

Certified Medication Aide responsible for administering physician-ordered medications across multiple routes (oral, ophthalmic, topical, otic, nasal, vaginal, rectal), insulin, epinephrine, and B12 under physician direction per clinical guidelines; perform finger-stick glucose testing and inhaler administration; document medication administration and any deviations in the resident’s record; safely store and dispose of medications; provide routine patient care (bathing, grooming, dressing) and dressing changes per physician orders; communicate changes to licensed nurses, residents, families, and healthcare providers; maintain professional, organized care and collaborate with the care team to ensure high levels of resident safety and well-being.
