Certified Medication Aide

Monitors medications and documents proper accountability measures when medications are ordered, received, and administered. Observes residents for symptoms related to medication interactions and reports any issues to the nurse. Follows infection control practices and assists with resident care as needed, while also being willing to work as a Certified Nurse Aide when required.
