Job Summary
Administer medication to residents while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans focusing on their strengths and preferred routines. Provide companionship, comfort, and belonging while working with the clinical team to address resident needs timely. Offer assistance with resident activities and programs. Full-time 8-hour shifts with weekend options available. Starting pay is $18.00/hour, commensurate with experience, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for certain positions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
