Job Summary
Administer medication to residents while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide companionship and belonging through resident activities and programs, working with the clinical team to ensure timely needs are addressed. This role offers full-time and part-time positions with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with current CNA and Medication Administration certifications, plus one year of CNA experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
