Job Summary
Administer medication to residents and assist with activities of daily living while implementing personal care plans focused on resident strengths and routines. Provide person-centered support for physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by working closely with the clinical team to address resident requirements timely. Deliver comfort, companionship, and belonging during resident activities and programs. This role offers full-time and part-time positions with a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly rates including shift differentials. Located at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Loudoun County, Virginia, the team provides comprehensive wellness resources and education opportunities within a national network of senior living communities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
