Job Summary
Administer medication to residents and assist with activities of daily living while implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths and preferred routines. Support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by working closely with the clinical team to ensure timely address of resident requirements. Provide companionship and comfort during resident activities and programs. This role offers an 8-hour shift schedule with weekend options available for full-time employment. Starting compensation is $18.00/hour, commensurate with experience, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for certain positions. The team benefits from onsite medical centers, wellness visits, and comprehensive health and well-being resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
