Job Summary
Administer medication to residents while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide companionship and belonging during resident activities and programs, working closely with the clinical team to ensure timely needs are addressed. Part-time and full-time positions available with a sign-on bonus. Requires current CNA and Medication Administration certification, at least 18 years of age, and CPR certification preferred. Located at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
