Job Summary
Administer medication to residents while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide companionship and belonging while working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely. Support residents in activities and programs. This role offers a sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time positions, with hourly pay ranging from $22 to $24.75 plus shift differentials. Candidates must hold current CNA and Medication Administration certifications, with at least one year of CNA experience preferred. Ashby Ponds is a 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia, part of Erickson Senior Living's national network.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
