Job Summary
Administer medication to residents while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths and preferred routines. Provide companionship and work with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely. Offer assistance with resident activities and programs. Full-time 8-hour shifts with weekend options available. Starting pay of $18.00/hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for certain positions. Located at Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, Kansas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
