Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living, implement personal care plans focusing on their strengths and routines, and administer medication. Provide assistance with resident activities and programs while working with the clinical team to ensure timely needs are addressed. Support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs to ensure person-centered care. Full-time and part-time positions available with a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
