Job Summary
Administer medication to residents and assist with activities of daily living while implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths and preferred routines. Provide person-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs through collaboration with the clinical team. Support residents in programs and ensure timely address of their needs. Full-time 8-hour shifts with weekend options available. Starting compensation is $18.00/hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for certain positions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
