Job Summary
Administer medication to residents and assist with activities of daily living while implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths and preferred routines. Provide person-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs through collaboration with the clinical team. Ensure resident activities and programs are supported in a timely manner. This role is available in full-time and part-time positions at Ashby Ponds, a 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia. Candidates must hold current CNA and Medication Administration certifications, with at least one year of CNA experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
