Job Summary
Administer medication to residents while assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans. Support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by working with the clinical team to address resident requirements timely. Provide companionship and comfort while facilitating resident activities and programs. This full-time or part-time role within Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living requires current CNA and Medication Administration certifications, CPR certification, and at least one year of CNA experience. The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, hourly rates ranging from $22 to $24.75 with shift differentials, and access to onsite medical centers and wellness resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
