Job Summary
Administer medication to residents while supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living and implement personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide companionship and belonging while working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely. Offer assistance with resident activities and programs to enhance their vibrant lifestyle. This role is available at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living, a 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia. We offer part-time and full-time positions with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
