Certified Medication Aide-Double Weekend

Conduct routine patient care under direct supervision of the charge nurse, ensuring medication passes are completed timely and accurately. Perform preventative and restorative measures while adhering to infection control guidelines and Federal, State, and Company policies. Report promptly any changes in patient condition or concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor and follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation. Inventory drugs as they arrive and participate in shift reports, meetings, and required training. Work double weekends (6A-10P) with full-time benefits including 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
