Job Summary
Prepare and administer medications according to schedule while following the Five Rights of Medication Administration with precision. Collect and record patient vital signs, maintain accurate confidential medical documentation, and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care within a structured environment. You will work closely with nurses and providers to ensure every patient receives the right medication at the right time. This 12-hour day shift rotation includes alternating weekends at the Douglas County Jail in Wisconsin, serving an underserved population under Southern Health Partners.
