Job Summary
Provide direct resident care as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Sprenger Health Care’s senior living communities. Duties include following established performance standards, assisting with bathing and personal care, helping residents to dining and feeding, and administering medications as per state certification. The role supports a range of care settings (long-term nursing care, memory care, hospice, home care, post-acute rehabilitation) and emphasizes adherence to nursing service policies and procedures, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Required Qualifications
- Must be a nursing assistant in accordance with the state regulations
- Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide, having successfully completed a state approved training program and any necessary examination, and must provide documentation of such certification and show proof of state certification upon application for the position
