Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide administers medications with precision and care, monitors residents’ well-being, maintains accurate medication records to ensure compliance, and communicates clearly with families and healthcare teams. The role supports residents with empathy and professionalism during overnight hours, collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary team. Eligible candidates hold an active CMA certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of CMA experience, and are comfortable using electronic health records. Shifts are 12-hour, with full-time or PRN options, and compensation ranges based on skills and experience.
