Job Summary
Provide daily living support and medication administration for residents across Care Initiatives communities; travel between multiple facilities within your region to cover open shifts; monitor health with routine vital checks; maintain infection control and safety protocols; offer emotional support and companionship; communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team; encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines; flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of verifiable experience working as a CMA
- Active CMA & CNA certification
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
