Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) with AffiniCare traveling across Care Initiatives’ 43 skilled nursing communities. Pick hours that fit your life, with options for full-time or part-time schedules and travel to multiple Care Initiatives locations within your region to assist with open shifts. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, medications administration, health monitoring and vital checks, providing emotional support and companionship, coordinating with residents/families and healthcare team, encouraging recreational/therapeutic activities, and adhering to infection control protocols. Requires CMA and CNA certifications, at least six months of CMA experience, and ability to travel between communities within your region; must live within reasonable driving distance. Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of verifiable experience as a CMA
