Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide (CMA / L1MA) in Missouri Memory Care communities who administers prescribed medications under supervision, assists residents with activities of daily living, documents dosage and observations, monitors for adverse reactions, and collaborates with the care team to maintain a safe, home-like environment. Responsibilities include completing admissions/discharge/transfer documentation, providing resident-centered care, assisting with tours, and performing light housekeeping. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, MO CMA certification, active certification in good standing, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with transfers; follow PPE and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course with certification in the State of Missouri
- Active certification maintained in good standing
- Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community, if applicable
