Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide (CMA/L1MA) administer medications under supervision in Missouri Memory Care communities, verify resident identity, monitor responses, assist with activities of daily living, document care, report changes, support interdisciplinary care, and help with resident rooms and tours. Must be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, hold active CMA/L1MA certification in Missouri, and be willing to complete Med Level One training at the community. Strong teamwork, attention to medication safety, compassionate and resident-centered approach, professional communication, and reliability are required. Physical duties include assisting with transfers and lifting up to specified weights; PPE usage and adherence to care procedures are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course with certification in the State of Missouri
- Active certification maintained in good standing
- Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community, if applicable
