Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide (CMA / Level One Medication Aide – L1MA) to administer prescribed medications under licensed nursing supervision in Memory Care, assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor responses, document dosage and observations, support an interdisciplinary care team, perform light housekeeping, greet visitors, and assist with tours. Must be 18+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, complete CMA/L1MA certification in Missouri, maintain active certification, and be willing to complete required Med Level One training; rely on strong attention to medication safety, teamwork, professional communication, and resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course with certification in the State of Missouri
- Active certification maintained in good standing
- Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community, if applicable
