Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) responsible for administering prescribed medications under supervision in a Missouri Memory Care community, assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting dosage and observations, monitoring for adverse reactions, and supporting an interdisciplinary care team in a safe, resident-centered environment; role includes housekeeping, welcoming visitors, and tours as needed; requires HS diploma, MO CMA/L1MA certification, ability to lift and assist residents, and strong teamwork and communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course with certification in the State of Missouri
- Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community, if applicable
- Active certification maintained in good standing
