Job Summary
Follow established performance standards and provide direct resident care as assigned. Complete tub baths, showers, or bed baths. Take residents to the dining room and assist in feeding. Give personal care to all residents assigned. Maintain certification as a Certified Medication Aide with documentation ready for application. Sprenger Health Care, a third-generation senior living developer in Ohio and South Carolina, offers this full and part-time role across its 12 nursing homes, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities. Required Qualifications
- Must be a nursing assistant in accordance with the state regulations
- Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide
- Must have successfully completed a state approved training program
- Must have passed any necessary examination for certification
- Must provide documentation of certification
- Must show proof of state certification upon application
