Job Summary
Provide direct resident care as assigned, including completing tub baths, showers, or bed baths. Assist residents with personal care and transport them to the dining room for feeding. Follow established performance standards and nursing service policies while administering medications in accordance with state regulations. This role supports Sprenger Health Care's mission to deliver exceptional long-term nursing and assisted living services across Ohio and South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a nursing assistant in accordance with the state regulations
- Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide
- Must have successfully completed a state approved training program
- Must have passed any necessary examination
- Must provide documentation of certification
- Must show proof of state certification upon application
