Job Summary
Provide medication administration and daily living support to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and passing medications; deliver emotional support and companionship; monitor health with routine vital checks; communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team; encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities; uphold infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. Work the evenings shift (4pm–9pm) as part of a part-time role in a long-term care setting, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa
- Valid certification as a Medication Aide in Iowa or ability to activate certification
- Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork
