Job Summary
Pass medications as prescribed by the physician and provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behavior while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements and facility policies. Deliver warm, friendly customer service to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues to build positive relationships. This full-time position involves 12-hour day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current Kansas CMA license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
