Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide administers medications as prescribed by the resident’s physician, documents administration and effectiveness, and updates the patient’s chart. They assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, grooming, mobility) and observe/report changes in residents’ condition. Requires CMA and CNA certifications; experience in skilled nursing/long-term care is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
