Job Summary
Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs, then collaborate with nurses to update their Resident Care Plans. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Maintain a positive attitude while working with people in a supportive, inclusive environment that prioritizes professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, PA, VA, RI).
