Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) role administering prescribed medications under supervision, monitoring residents, maintaining documentation, and providing activities of daily living support in an assisted living setting. Works with licensed nursing staff to ensure medication safety, resident comfort, and person-centered care; performs light housekeeping; assists with admissions/discharges; demonstrates attention to detail, compassion, and professionalism; requires CMA program completion, active CMA certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Location: Carthage, MO; shifts Nights; full-time with competitive pay starting at $15–$17/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program that meets state requirements
- Active CMA certification in good standing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
