Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - ALL SHIFTS

Part-Time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Mira Vie at Bridgewater, NJ. Responsible for passing resident medications per physician orders and the Medication Administration Record, providing ADL services, documenting daily tasks and changes in condition, communicating with medical staff and residents’ families, supervising staff during shifts, maintaining required certifications, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines. Participation in meal service and adherence to the Continuous Quality Improvement program, with a focus on safe, quality resident care in a regulated environment.
