Job Summary
Administer oral and topical medications to residents as ordered by a physician under licensed nurse supervision, adhering to state, federal regulations, and facility policies. Demonstrate knowledge of the five rights of medication administration, including PRN dosing, and accurately record all treatments. Observe for and report any adverse reactions or side effects to the licensed nurse on the appropriate shift. Maintain state certification as a nurse aide and medication administration certification while working full-time hours from 2pm to 10pm. Required Qualifications
- State certification as a nurse aide

- Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nurse aide
