Job Summary

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse by assisting in administering medication and monitoring vital signs. Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance using proper techniques. Maintain a clean, safe environment while offering emotional support and documenting care changes for the team. Assist in developing individualized care plans and report condition updates to nursing staff. Requires High School diploma, active CNA and Medication Aide certifications, CPR certification, and one year of healthcare experience. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
  • Active CNA certification in good standing
  • Active Medication Aide certification in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of health care industry experience or 2 years' experience as a medication aide
  • Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
