Job Summary
Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed, including counting and signing records for controlled drugs. Take and record vital signs, safely lift and transfer residents up to 150 pounds, and observe residents to report any unusual or abnormal conditions immediately. Follow safety guidelines to clean up excretions and spills, utilize equipment while reporting needed repairs, and participate in emergency drills and in-service training. Maintain regular attendance, chart electronically, and adhere to Universal Safety Precautions while tolerating necessary personal protective equipment.
