Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide - Assisted Living role responsible for the safe administration of prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR, delivering personal care and general nursing services (ADLs, hygiene, grooming, dining, and activity support), supervising self-administered medications, ensuring accurate stock and documentation, maintaining medication storage, conducting weekly med-cart inspections, and preparing medical charts for admissions/readmissions. Requires adherence to federal/state regulations, completion of MARs, medication record-keeping, and collaboration with LPN/LVN/RN and Health/Wellness leadership. Must perform nursing duties (vital signs, temperatures, BP, weights), document in daily logs, respond to emergencies, and participate in training. Education: High School diploma or GED; 1+ months of related experience; Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations may be required. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong time management, teamwork, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook). Vaccination required unless exempt; COVID-19 related considerations noted by the employer.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ months of experience in senior living or related environment
