Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments per facility policies while maintaining accurate electronic health records. Work alongside nursing staff to ensure safe medication delivery and assist with light nursing care activities. Build relationships with residents and families through active listening and clear communication while upholding infection control and resident rights. Collaborate to foster a supportive team culture and contribute to positive resident outcomes. Requires evening shift rotation with weekend and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- Current CMA license
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain before Orientation)
- Weekend availability
- DHS criminal background check, drug screen, and reference checks
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9 documentation required)
- Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

- Previous CMA experience preferred (1+ year)
