Perform routine and complex laboratory analyses, identifying and correcting problems that develop as alternatives when necessary. Maintain current laboratory theory and technique while assuming responsibility for problem-solving through the exercise of independent judgment and interpretation. This full-time, first-shift role supports the Microbiology department at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, part of Greater Cincinnati's academic health system.
