Job Summary
Render nursing care and perform delegated clinical procedures including venous blood draws, medication administration, and vital signs collection. Document patient observations, interventions, and health teaching responses while maintaining accurate medical records. Coordinate communication among patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to support individualized care plans. Perform daily equipment checks, sterilize instruments, and manage inventory for examination rooms and the stock room. Counsel patients on medication refills and answer clinical inquiries. Demonstrate sound judgment regarding abnormal findings and ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- National Certification for Medical Assistants
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Close vision

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
